Our current distillery location in the remote beauty of Loch Achall Glen, while perfect for gin production, cannot accommodate visitors due to space constraints and accessibility.
The good news is, tours are on the horizon!
COMING DEVELOPMENTS
We’ve secured planning permission to relocate our distillery operations from the Glen to the village of Ullapool. This significant move will allow us to:
- Offer guided tours of our production process
- Expand our spirit portfolio beyond gin
Provide tasting experiences in a proper visitor setting - Share our story directly with gin enthusiasts and Highland visitors
This shift won’t change how we make our gin – we will continue hand-picking botanicals from Glen Achall, using pure loch water, and maintaining our small-batch approach.
