Our Suppliers
Our Coffee - Obadiah is a modern coffee roastery, rooted in Edinburgh since 2017. The founding years where guided by a curiosity to explore the breadth of character in coffees. This ultimately led to realising and adopting a novel approach to coffee in Scotland.
Our Meats - All of our meats are from Great Glen Charcuterie, a family-run business producing a range of specialist charcuterie using only the finest Scottish venison and pork.
Our cheese - We have a range of delicious cheeses all from Scotland and Scottish Islands. Some of these include Isle of Kintyre, The Island Smokery, Highland Fine Cheese and the Isle of Mull.
Our Suppliers
We have a range of other Scottish suppliers throughout our menu, inlcuding Isle of Arran Oatcakes and Isle of Skye Tablet.
Our bar is also filled with not only our own Highland made gin, Loch Achall, but others including Bara and Tiree Gin. We host many other home grown products including Black Isle and Cromarty Brewerty beers, Thistly Cross cider and more.
