Rhidorroch Distillery believe that you can create a drink with any mixer, garnish and quantity of gin that you enjoy.
There are no rules, no judgements, and no lines that cant be crossed.

Garnish: Slices of Apple

How to make it:
1. Pour the gin into a glass
2. Then add in the soda water
3. Top the glass up with a good amount of ice and a couple of slices of apple (squeeze a little apple in!) and stir for a bit to spread the flavour around
4. Taste and add more gin or soda as you prefer
​HIGHLAND Snapper

50ML Gin

75ML tomato juice
-
10ML lemon juice
-
5ML Worcestershire sauce
-
2 Dashes Tabasco
-
4 Basil Leaves
-
½ tsp Sugar Syrup
-
Garnish: 1 strip of celery and a pinch of sea salt

How to make it:

Pour all the ingredients into a shaker (if you don't have a shaker a water bottle, protein bottle etc will do) with a couple of handfuls of ice, and ‘throw’ the cocktail until chilled. Taste and add a little more tabasco if you want.

Pour into a glass filled with fresh ice.

Garnish with a tomato slice, celery ribbon and salt
Hot Toddy

50 ML Gin

1 Slice Fresh Lemon

1 Slice Fresh Orange
-
180ML Hot Water
-
11/2 Tsp Honey
-
Garnish: Slice of lemon or Cinnamon Stick

How to make it:
-
Tip the gin and honey into a thick glass or mug.

Add the lemon and orange, squeezing in the juice, give it all a mix.
-
Garnish with a cinnamon stick or lemon.
APPLE AND BERRY Punch

250ML Gin
-
50ML Elderflower Cordial
-
500ML Cloudy Apple Juice
-
500ML Soda
-
A handful of fresh or frozen Raspberries
-
Ice
-
Garnish: Apple slices

How to make it:
-
In a jug or bowl mix all the ingredients. Mix with a spoon a leave to chill for a couple of minuets.

When ready to serve, fill the glasses with a little more ice if you wish and add cocktail mixture.

Finish with an apple slice and if you like it sweeter add little more elderflower cordial.
For one cocktail divide all ingredients by 5
West Coast Mojito

50ml Gin
-
3 Lime Wedges
-
15ml Sugar Syrup (to make sugar syrup dissolve 25g caster sugar in 35ml water over a low heat and leave to cool)

4 Big Mint Leaves (hit them between your palms to get the flavours out)

Soda
-
Garnish: Mint Leaf

How to make it:
1. Make your sugar syrup and put in fridge or freezer to cool.
2. Add your gin, lime wedges, and sugar syrup with 3 mint leaves to a tall glass, and mix together.
3. Fill with a good amount of crushed ice and top up with soda then mix again.
4. Garnish the cocktail with a sprig of fresh mint.
